Hi, I am a foreigner (non-resident) looking to invest in real estate in USA. I have very little knowledge regarding the whole process of financing,buying and letting out. I am particularly interested in financing, how to evaluate deals and how to go about it. My ultimate goal is financial freedom and i believe real estate will get me there.
