umbrella insurance advice

I currently have umbrella insurance on my primary and 3 invest properties ..I was told if i incorparate my inv property that my umbrella will no longer be covering my inv properties because i need commercial insurance ..make sense to anyone ?? And how do the people who have a better knowledge then me handle this..open to suggestions. was thinking about not incorporating and just raising my umbrella to 5 million which will cover all my propertys  and i will only have to do 1 tax return as opposed to multiple
