Austin Mentors/Investors - Looking for a Helping Hand

Hey guys, My name is JP Lacayo. I have been living in Austin TX for about a year and not too long ago I started studying Real Estate Investing on my spare time. I have been reading the books and the post from Bigger Pockets for a few months now and I'm really trying to jump Into action. I was hopping to find a mentor, someone to walk me through some deals ( or at least 1) so I can learn and get a little confidence. I know it's a big ask but we can figure out a way to make your time work while. May be partnering in later deals we find or helping you with construction or SOW of a flip ( my partner and I have a combined 22 years in construction - 10 of those here in Austin).
