I am 23 years old and I'm am doing research on real estate I came across Bigger pockets few months ago and it's shown me so much. since a kid living in apartments i always asked my dad imagine how much the owner makes and how I want to own some myself. Anyways I live in southern California. I am going to be partnering up with my brother, sister, and cousin. We all are saving up to bring in a little cash to be able to put in as a down payment on our first rental property. We are planing on investing in Vegas Nevada. How would you recommend should we set up our partnership?
