I am starting out, I listen to Bigger pockets every single day but I feel like it is a lot harder for me to relate due to the price of houses here in Canada Ontario, I can not find a house for under 100 Grand.  for A Decent fixer Upper I am looking at 250, 300K. Would I need to go in with a partner on the first house rental since I will get hit with the 20% down on a rental Investment. Andy Advice would be great. Thank you

Canada/Ontario cost and financing wise is a much different investment climate. We did not experience the 2008 crash the same and we do not have the large areas of low income and underemployment as they have in the US.

You also need to understand that in Ontario we have highly pro tenant legislation. It is mandatory that you learn the RTA and the operation of the LTB before you ever begin to invest.
