Looking for Investor Friendly Title Companies

Bryon M. Monson

Hello and good evening to everyone here on BP!

I have been looking at a couple of properties in the Portland, OR area that are foreclosed.  I haven't pursued putting an offer in just yet because I have not sought out an investor friendly title company that will be willing to do a double closing or a back-to-back closing, as I would be wholesaling the properties.

Does anyone have good advice for which title companies to look into and which ones to avoid? Also how about advice on any title companies that are operating in multiple states?

Thank you everyone,

Bryon and Stephanie Monson
