Wholesale cold calling
Good evening BP,
I am currently working for a real estate investor in San Diego CA while I learn a few more aspects of the business. My goal is to wholesale my first deal before the end of the year. But for now I am cold calling. Any useful advice or tips for a rookie investor?! Thanks for the help everyone!

The best advice to give someone cold calling is to not be afraid of rejection. In fact, embrace it. Just remember it only takes one to have a huge pay day, so don't get down if a few sessions, or even a few days/weeks, don't pan out.
