New to Houston TX Spring area and looking to start flipping. Find a ton of "wholesale" websites that clearly make their money posting real estate - is getting on one of these a good thing or is the same info available to everyone and I just have not found it yet...

But am looking for wholesalers in northern Houston up to Montgomery County to get my first deal.

thanks for any info

David

I paid for a premium membership with Myhousedeals.com and it was not worth it. Premium members can access new listings before free members but the deals were not worth it and it was the same old rehab underestimates and ARV overestimates. And actually I would get emails from other sources showing the same properties.
