Hi everyone, just curious. How long did it take you to get your first deal closed and what was the marketing strategy?

@Abdul King

Starting out - Driving for Dollars unless you are in a rural area without competition and can purchase a solid list. If you're in a competitive area, buying the same list and doing the same absentee mailings that everyone has been doing for ages in your market = low response rates and relying on 'luck' of when your mail arrives for deals.
