Part-time Real Estate Careers

Hi BP,

I haven't conducted my first deal yet but, I am looking for ways to increase my monthly cash flow and reduce my Income to Debt Ratio. As a result, I wanted to take on a second job as a way to obtain real-world real estate experience and increase my monthly cash flow. Therefore, I wanted to ask the BP Community are there any roles in real estate that could be done part-time?

Hi Michael, my wife works part time from home managing vacation rentals.  She communicates with the guests during the booking process, organizes the cleaners, handymen, and spot inspects the units.  She does almost all of this from her phone and gets a percentage of the gross bookings for the month.  This is all through a connection we made with an investor here on BP!
