Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Kevin Fintland. I am just starting out and looking for a reputable Real-estate investment Club to get involved in, preferably on the West Side of Los Angeles, but would be willing to travel pretty much anywhere in the Greater Los Angeles Area so I can start meeting people and learning the basics.

Does anyone know of any or have any recommendations?

Here is a preliminary list of what I’m looking to start learning and get involved in:

Tax Liens

Buy & Hold

Duplexes

Multi-Family

Foreclosures

Short Sales

Out of State Investing

Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Kevin
