Im a GC that has started to buy and flip in Seattle. I have two under my belt and looking for more properties. Trying to buy on the MLS is very competitive and doesn't leave much left for profit. I wanted to network here on BP. I'm new to the site so any help pointing me in the right direction would be helpful.

Also your thoughts on being a GC and investor.. what would you see are the draw backs to working on your own flips.
