when you decided to start

theses are a couple of questions i have . im been doing research on real estate for the past 2or3 years . i think i have it down . but my wife has lots of concerns about it .1. when you started out did you have to convince your spouse to go along with you and if you did how'd you go about convincing her. mines not budging for now. i know its a big jump im looking for the future for my two children, im trying to make a better life for my family . i think this will do that for us.2.when you started out did you start w/ a partner or by yourself . 3.and if by yourself what was the cost of your first property. thanks for reading and any advice will be welcomed thanks again and have a gd day. :D
