when you decided to start

Question

theses are a couple of questions i have . im been doing research on real estate for the past 2or3 years . i think i have it down . but my wife has lots of concerns about it .1. when you started out did you have to convince your spouse to go along with you and if you did how'd you go about convincing her. mines not budging for now. i know its a big jump im looking for the future for my two children, im trying to make a better life for my family . i think this will do that for us.2.when you started out did you start w/ a partner  or by yourself .  3.and if by yourself what was the cost of your first property. thanks for reading and any advice will be welcomed thanks again and have a gd day. :D

It's gonna be a gut wrenching change to break thru the paradigm.  Giving enough time everything we see in this world will turn back into dirt.

Every commodity is for sale at the right price.  This does'nt neccesarilly mean that you need to sell your home but, you must begin to develope an overall view of real estate as a means to an end.

You got be in it to win it!  You will fair better if you have your wife's support in this endeavor.  Are you in a house or an apartment?  If you don't own a house, buy one for yourself would be the best way to start.  Focus your attention on walking into a equity position on that purchase.
If you own a home rent it out and purchase another.  As for the purchase price.....purchase as much as you can qualify for.  Real Estate is a functional investment.

i own my own house . it was bought from my family for very cheap in a very good part of town . i built alot of equilty into this house and cant see leaving here we love it here .i just looking on doing it for a living .
