I Currently live in the Worcester County and i'm looking to start investing in real estate, i'm currently studying and taking in as much information about investing as i can but i do not want to get stuck in analysis paralysis.

is there anyone from the area that can give me some tips on starting out around here?(on wholesaling, flips, and investing in general) is this area a good area to start in the MA area?

i'm very teachable and would love to develop some sort of mentorship with some people that's successful in this area of the country.

Also, it'd be cool if there is anyone that could connect me with some lenders, wholesalers and other people who invest in general.

thank you for your time.

@Steve Bracero listed the ones near you.  Black Diamond alternates Waltham and Worcester, so the August meeting is in Waltham, while the September meeting is in Worcester.

Also, NewEnglandREIA.com is in Chelmsford, and will meet 8/2.
