Newbie in need of guidance
I am a newbie in real estate investing , An opportunity has been presented to invest/purchase a land which i would like to build a house on and eventually sell or hold as a rental . I have minimal construction experience and was wondering once I obtain the land. What would be the first step to start laying the ground work so to speak. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
