Becoming a hard money lender in Georgia
Hello everyone. My wife and I were interested in learning how to become hard money lenders for rehabs and wholesales in GA. We know the first thing to do is speak with an attorney to learn the laws and secondly reach out to you successful and experienced folk on these forums. Any good advice out there for newbies like us? We would greatly appreciate it. Our limit as of now is 70k. Thanks
