I am Ann Rau working with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law to start our real estate portfolio in the Houston area.

We are seeking a multi-family property to buy and hold in the Greater Houston area; price range: $350,000 or less. Currently living in the Woodlands.

Interested in FHA loan

Credit Score >750 with good credit history

Full-time employment

We are also interested in single-family properties $170,000 or less.
