How to buy first rental property when already living in a SFH
What is the best way to purchase a rental property when I already own a single family home? I am 26 and purchased my first home last year with a 10% down conventional loan. Since then I have become interested in REI and would like to purchase a rental property. I am married and we would like to continue living in our current home. What would be the best option for financing a duplex, triplex, or 4-plex that would not be owner occupied?
