First time purchase in Stockton, CA.. Any tips?

First things first, are you familiar with the Stockton areas? Their are duplexes, and triplexes all around town; so where you go depends on  what your trying to accomplish. -

@Gustavo Medina  I'm actually very familiar with that area, I live across the street from victory park. I can send you some of the listings of the duplex and triplex in the area to check out. Also my team has two duplexes not even listed yet that I can check out for you but those are more up in North Stockton.

are you looking for a fixer upper or more of a move in ready property?

@Carlos Powell I grew up in Stockton and was looking for a duplex around Victory Park. I like the area closer to Fremont Street, since it seems to be gentrifying. Any thoughts? Thanks.
