My name is Joseph, I live in the Atlanta area and I am beginner in real estate investing. I purchased my 1st home, a foreclosure one year ago and I currently have a tenant occupying the home. Although I purchased my 1st investment property for a good price, since January of 09 the prices have gotten much better. I'm not into flipping, my goal is to build a solid portfolio of rental properties(single family homes and eventually multi units). I have found a few nice solid homes in good locations that are in good condition. My issue is that once I locate a home, they are usually under contract w/in days. I know that some of these properties will go faster than others BUT with me just starting out I don't want 2 rush into purchasing a property NOT knowing if there are major issues.

So I'm looking for a GREAT realtor in the Atlanta area who focuses on properties that will be great as rentals. My maximum for each home is 30k. Would anyone happen to have a solid referral for me? If so please reply with the contact info. Thanks for your time!

FYI: This site is VERY informative!! Thanks for posting great info that helps beginners such as myself.
