Any Good HVAC Recommendations in Baltimore?

Hi All, I'm making some improvements in my Baltimore rowhouse and wanted to see if anyone had a good HVAC system guy to contact. I also have many questions about this service like .. House has plaster in some areas and drywall on the ceilings and a lot of exposed brick. Should I worry about adding the entire vent and hvac system to the house? Should I get a different type of heating and cooling system? How much would it cost to add the system in a 3000 sqft/4 level rowhouse. I'm nervous because I've had really bad experience with 3 different contractors in Baltimore and this is a pretty big purchase. Thanks,
