Investor-Friendly Agents & Title Companies: Atlanta

My wife and I are just getting started, and would like to pursue wholesaling as well as SFR. We live in Brookhaven and are looking to connect with investor-friendly agents in the metro Atlanta area. We would love agents with experience in the following counties: Dekalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, or Fayette. We're also looking for recommendations on good title companies to work with that are familiar with investor strategies (e.g. double closings, seller side only HUD, etc).
