Hello BP family, I have taken the leap into this business and I want to begin by saying there such a wealth of knowledge on this forum. I am currently working within NW Georgia (Cobb and Cherokee) but am open to all opportunities. Apart from looking for that elusive "cash buyer". I really want to begin building relationship with investor friendly realtors. Can anyone provide things to look for when vetting realtors to find the right one for me.

Google & call Tony Hicks -- Georgia Views Realty

Tony is an investor himself and is always hunting for deals for his clients

feel free to use my name or not, FYI Tony is good and knows it--brags some but he makes $$$ for his investors and himself
