The New Kid on the Block
Hello Masterminds,
I am just starting out as an investor in the D.C. Metropolitan Area. As a newbie, I doing my best to educate myself by attending REA meeting, reading, attending meet ups, and networking.... I don't want to be super knowledgeable with no experience and far from a tire kicker. I am ready to jump in. I have begun wholesaling, but I want to get my first fix and flip under my belt. I am willing to JV a fix and flip by providing some capital, if the numbers make sense of course. I definitely need to find an amazing CPA in my area to push my business to the next level....Any advise BP to help me succeed in my business?
