Fines for bandit signs

Has anyone here been fined for putting up bandit signs around your area before?

Yes. $25 per day per sign.
$2575 fine
Made $5000 on one deal from the signs.
Used them more than 10 times and I only been fined once.
In some cities you have to put them out on Friday and pick them up on Sunday.
