Hello everyone,

I just spotted this site yesterday, and already learning so much from browsing all different topics and advice from all members.
I recently brought a new home for primary resident use. And it will also be used as partial rental. Ever since then, I can't stop thinking about investing in RE. I am currently reading all different kinds of books and doing research on my own.
I would like to ask if anyone ever started out from doing pre-foreclosure deals? I just want to know if it's doable within the existing regulation.
