Real Estate to Payoff Student Debt???

Many college graduates have some student, while others graduate with a large amount of student debt. I fall into the latter group attending one of the most expensive colleges in the country with an amazing education and experiences.

Graduating in 2015 with over 100k in student debt, I have already paid down over half of that and am looking to erase the remainder of that debt while also building a portfolio of investments.

Torn between continuing to put all of my paycheck directly to my debt, or start making minimum payments and begin investing in some rental properties or a flip that will allow me to pay off the remaining debt with the profits.

Does anyone have any insight, experience or advice to help?
