Any Investors in Oahu?

Hello BP. I am located in Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, and I have been interested in investing in real estate for quite some time now. I am seeking current investors for who would be willing to provide mentorship that can help me get my foot I the door. I checked my local forums, but there were no postings. I am seeking investors in the area who can provide some one on one guidance that I can use in addition to all of the researching that I've been doing. In any case, any help is better than no help. As far as mentors go, I might try and find one in the areas you'd like to invest in (i.e. North Carolina).  They will be able to provide area-specific strategies and information.  General investing strategies can be found here on BP.
