Vacation Rental Management

Hey everybody!

I'm currently finishing up college and working on getting my real estate license right now. Starting a vacation rental management company has been on my mind for years, and now it's time to further explore this. My goal would be to manage other people's vacation rentals. There doesn't seem to be ton of info out there for starting a vacation rental management company.

Does anybody have any good sources of info? Maybe other forum discussions?

Two of my biggest concerns would be how to manage the weekly turnover cleanings and how to find property owners to manage.

Thanks!

Hi @Adam Faber, welcome to short term rental management!  I manage 9 properties in Denver and it has definitely been an eye opening and exciting experience.  Feel free to connect if you'd like some insight on getting your business started, it has its own challenges that traditional property managers don't have to overcome.

Best of luck!

Tyler
