First time investor in Columbus
I'm a first time investor and I'm looking to purchase a duplex in Columbus, OH around 200k. Are there any recommendations of neighborhoods to buy in around this price? Ideally I would like to be in Clintonville or Italian Village but realize this may not be realistic with my price. Other neighborhoods that I'm considering are Westgate, Merion Village, and Weinland Park. Any input is appreciated!
