GroundFloor reviews needed?
I am currently researching different renovation loan options. I came across GroundFloor and it looks good to me because I can provide my last 3 months of bank statements instead of going the tax return route. I looked at the fees and just don't know. They also have a $250 app fee. Anyone every used GroundFloor? What was your experience? Is it worth it?

@Jasmine Williams Did you end up using GroundFloor? I'm thinking about using them but wanted to hear feedback from others.
