Partnering on a SFH Rental
My mom and I found a great single family home as a rental investment. Before putting in the offer, does anything need to be set in stone as far as legal entities or agreements are concerned. We both will be on the mortgage and both will be putting up 50% for the down payment. I am just starting out and want to be able to move quickly on this deal as I know it will not last long.
