Hi Everyone, 

I'm a new investor looking to start in Cincinnati. I currently live in San Diego, but my wife's family is in Cincinnati and I like that market. I'm looking to do a BRRRR deal before the year is over. I would love to work with a real estate agent in the area or anyone who has off market deals available.
