Does the property inspection come before the Purchase and Sell Agreement or after.

Hi: I'm Connie New son Pro Real Estate Agent in Memphis,Tennessee and  Surrounding area.  Some of my Client i have shown property has a contractors to do a over view of property Condition before making a decision. They are not Home inspected. Come after a Binding agreement  with a Contingency  of License Home Inspection to be done as to it condition. 

The inspection comes after you sign the contract.
