Before Due Diligence Starts I Should have???

Hello BP world. I know certain information should be required before I begin the due diligence. I was wondering if anyone could kindly good over my list to make sure I'm not missing any significant documents.. Here Goes!!!.

-Rent Roll

- P&L ( Past 24months and current)

-Tenant Ledger

-Occupancy Percent 

-APOD (Annual Property Operating Data)
