Help Me Build My Team

Hello all. I am just starting out with real estate investing. I just set up my LLC (received EIN #s today!) and want to hit the ground running asap. I will need some investor connects in the DMV area. So far I have a CPA connect, but Im trying to find a reputable and trust worthy Title Company, fairly reasonable Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Attorney who works with investors. I will start out wholesaling, then on to flips, and eventually buy and holds for some passive income. Goals I set for myself are to complete at least 2 deals a month for 2018! Who's all willing to connect and do business??!!!

Note:  Prefer to have these contacts in the Charles County area but willing to go to PG or Baltimore County.

@Celena Strong One thing to consider is that many very eager and very motivated "investors" have a lot more enthusiasm than plans.

When I first started working with investors, I had several who wasted an awful lot of my time.

Properties shown, offers promised, then *poof* - nothing.

Wanting to make offers on their first flip deal sight-unseen - without even a GC lined up.  Horrible idea.

Wholesalers who have no idea that without double-closing, what they're attempting to do is illegal in Massachusetts and most other states.

When I hear "new investor", I'm cautious about investing too much of my valuable time.

Anybody who you want to have on your team needs to be respected and appreciated - and paid well for their work.
