Looking at 2BR in Key West Golf Club

I am currently looking at 2 BR homes on the Key West golf club.  The hope is to rent out for 15 years or so and eventually retire there.  I am looking to rent most of the year and be there a few weeks out of the year.  My biggest concern is being able to get the rent I need to pay the mortgage.  Does anyone have suggestions or rental records of similar places in KWGC?  I will be down to look at places after Christmas.
