Hey Everyone, I need help assessing some properties down in St. Petersburg, Florida. I have an investor that is looking to diversify his already large portfolio with non leverage multi family income properties. He is also a sailor and love the St. Pete area. Is there anyone from the St Pete are that I could get some information from? Otherwise, are there other resources anyone would recommend utilizing. Thanks again BP for your help, Tom
