Meeting with experienced RE investor
My business partner & I are serious about getting into RE investing. We're about to either Refi or get a HELOC to get us started. We've got to this point of analysis paralysis & are lacking input from a person with experience. Any investors out there in the Portland Or area up for a meetup with experience in residential investing? Using the B(A)RRRR method? Single family, maybe duplex....
We need to get over this mental hump!!
