We need help... first timers

Hello, My name is Jani and I signed up for this app with my boyfriend DeAntre who I just started my first business with in Real Estate. We’ve been doing our research and I want to start by doing a few assignment of contracts to get me on my feet. We understand the concept and principles and the outline of assignment contracts but I definitely need some help in the area of what should first? Find the buyers or sellers? How should we present ourselves?
