Cary, IL Team members; close to home, or based on references?

Live in Cary, IL (1 hour outside Chicago)... New to investing, and building out my team.  I have gotten a couple references for a CPA firm, but it turns out they're a 1 hour drive from my primary residence, and our current rental property.  How often do you meet with your CPA, and would this be a hindrance for you?  Should I be looking closer to home, and my existing rental property?

@Shannon Persha, Perhaps the best financial decision you could make is to select as many members of your team as you can to be not within driving distance :)  I can hear the meter ringing up as we speak.  Seriously though, there is huge value for boots on the ground with certain vendors.  But others like your CPA, QI, Attorney, can take care of you just fine from a distance.  This is the age of the internet and experience and knowledge trump proximity and face time (in certain professions).
