Getting started in real estate investing
Hello everyone,
I am new to this blog and I am looking for a direction to start in real estate investing. Which resources should I consume if I want to learn how to invest in real estate or to learn about the real estate industry in general.
Would it be necessary to study for a real estate license to gain more knowledge of the industry? I also thought about reading books, but I don't know which one to pick up first. I would appreciate any recommendations!
