Networking With More Successful Investors

Hey Bigger Pockets community!

    As I am beginning to learn, networking is essential for success, especially when it comes to real estate investing. In about two weeks, I'm going to be attending my second local real estate investing meeting and am excited to meet / network with other like minded individuals. Because I am a beginner and young, I don't have a lot of experience in the real estate world, however that doesn't mean I can't help other, more successful investors out. My question is this: What are some ways in which I could provide value to more successful real estate investors lives? I'm pretty good with technology and the web (social media, setting up websites, managing an email list, stuff like that) but was wondering what other ways I could help more successful investors out? What is something you wish a young investor could help you out with to make your life easier? All ideas are welcome!

I think offering your tech expertise is a great start! I'm sure coming up with some sort of plan to help them grow their businesses via the web would make you an asset in any relationship/partnership.

Other than that, meet and get to know as many people as possible within this industry! By forming quality relationships, you'll get to hear more about people's plans, wants and needs. Thats when you find out the best way to make yourself an asset. Of course, you can just ask people outright and hear directly from them what they need help with.

If you want a quick answer- find them deals! No investor would turn down a good deal.
