Wisconsin Lease and other paperwork

Hello!

I'm going to be taking ownership of my first apartment building within the next month or so. I have never been a landlord before, so I'm wondering if anyone from Wisconsin would be willing to share leases and other paperwork I might need as I transition tenants to our company.

I'm acquiring an 8-unit, fully occupied building. The previous landlord was all month-to-month, no leases, and no deposits. I'd like to transition all tenants to leases and get closer to market rents. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Definitely use WI Legal Blank over BP leases. WI Legal Blank has stood up in court time after time for decades here in Wisconsin. In Kenosha I've had over a dozen of WLB leases hold up in court for my property management tenants.

WLB also offers free updates when laws change and annual licensing for online products. They are quick to update with law changes too!

Let me know if you have more questions! I'd be happy to help!
