Help me I’m Ready to start
Hello! I’m old to BiggerPockets but new to being active and not just lurking around. I’m looking to purchase my a rental property in the next month and would appreciate any advice.
I am looking to buy in the Northern Mississippi area, most likely the city of Horn Lake.
My biggest concern is financing. I have a 20% down payment saved but my employment is full time seasonal, active normally 9 months of the year. I’ve been with this employer for about a year and a half and I am eligible for undisputed unemployment out of season.
If anyone has advice on any aspect, especially approaching financing I would greatly appreciate it.
