260k conventional loan

Hi everybody. I just recently got pre-qualified for a 260k conventional loan. I’m trying to buy my first property as a live in flip. My question is, other than the MLS, where can I find homes that I can purchase using my conventional loan? I live in Phoenix, AZ.
