LLC and property management

I am still sorting out how to move SFH into an LLC without refinancing? Can I still manage the property through the LLC even if those house is not owned by the LLC? I understand that the property will still be covered by my personal liabilty insurance, but I would like to move the other business aspects into a separate business identity.
