Young and Hungry, but where do I start?

Hey everyone! I want to become a real estate investor and create wealth for my future family and live a life on my own terms. I'm 19 years old. I got the clever investor course on how to wholesale properties. I have only 2 cash buyers and tomorrow I'm going to send my first direct mail campaign. I'm really asking for help and would love to help anyone who may not have a lot of time. The advantage of being young is I'm very motivated to get started and have a lot of time to help anyone that needs it. I want to build meaningful relationships and not create a relationship that isn't a take take, but give give. How can I help someone out?
