Lakewood area flooding?
Hey folks! Looking to buy a double in Lakewood, live in one then rent out the other. We are out of state with no background knowledge on the area really. With its close proximity to the Lake, is flooding or wet basements an issue in Lakewood? Also are sump pumps a red flag? Thanks in advance for all of your help!
