Wholesale leads and crm

Good Evening 

I am a new investor in the Orlando central Florida area. I am seeking to know what will be my initial investment to start out on wholesaling. My partner and I were seeking a company called Rebo Gateway as the main lead sources to obtain leads. but the guy we spoke with was not providing my partner the information that we need to start out with them as are main lead source. Can anyone advise if they have used them in the past ?or if there is another company that will be able to provide us a good way to find leads. My second question is should we use Podio as new investors to keep track of our leads? My partner and I are seeking the main tools we are in need of to start our wholesale business and what are the tools for operating expense for the business
